Nice and big hotel room, very clean. Good and tasty breakfast. One thing I appreciate is that they consider having tourists from all over the world and they installed sockets of different types in the room, so one does not need to use an adapter to plug-in their device. Very thoughtful! Nice staff at the receptions desk, especially the young man working there in afternoon I checked in (I'm sorry I did not remember his name). He speaks enough English to deal with the clients, and this is a big plus. Location is good if you want to be close to the city center, but, according to some locals, the area is not very safe during the night. I can't confirm or deny.

Location was good, walking distance to the city center. Hotel was OK, room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. The stuff was friendly and very helpful.
Good price hotel for a couple of days in the centre
Room was spacious and cosy, bathroom was a little bit tiny. Wifi network was stable and fast. Breakfast was great, we ate fruit salad every morning. We ordered bicycles for one day to the hotel and biked along the bay coast (cost 14 dollars each).. The view to the court was industrial... One of the room window was broken and "prepared" with a plastic tape! Ridiculous.

A functional hotel, with comfortable rooms and within walking distance from the touristic area.
The room was big and with a very confortable bed. The bathroom includes a tub. The hotel is in the center of Montevideo, not in Ciudad Vieja but very close to Independencia square.. Parking is not included: they sent us to a parking lot nearby (300 m from the hotel), but with an extra cost.

1. Location is excellent 2. It’s one of a very few hotels that has a parking inside. It’s available upon request and cost around 13 dollars per day, but it’s really convenient to have car in the same building 3. Staff. The personnel is kind and ready to help. Especially restaurant and reception employees. 4.Bed is super comfortable. We loved it.. 1. Cleaning. The windows are dirty from outside. Very dirty. 2. We ordered a baby crib and it was available. However inside of it there were bread crumbs and lots of stains at the corners. For that reason our child slept with us on the bed. 3. As a family with a 10 month old baby we required hot water in order to make Formula milk for him. We requested a kettle and there are none available at the hotel. Each time we had to go down and ask for the hot water at the restaurant. Very uncomfortable. 4. The plug in the bathtub was probably broken because in order to keep it open we had to invent a holder for it ????️ 5. At the check in there were 2 bottles of water in the mini bar. It was never refilled, we were surprised with that fact. And at the end of stay it occurred to be that the water is not complimentary. Please note: It costs 2,5 dollars per bottle! 6. On a first day after cleaning housekeeping forgot to return big towels in the room. We had to call and ask for it.
